Terrorist Plot Stopped in Del City Oklahoma by Local Police
A domestic terrorist plot was stopped by the Del City Police Department earlier this week. They received an intelligence bulletin about a man who was threatening to blow up the OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) building in Oklahoma City, OK. The man was upset by the COVID-19 vaccination and mask guidelines set forth by OSHA. Luckily he was caught by DCPD and wasn't able to carry out his plan.
The man (James Scott Moore) had threatened to rent a truck, fill it with gasoline, and blow up the OSHA building in OKC. Once officers received the bulletin they quickly went to work to find and stop him.
According to DCPD the man was attempting to withdraw money from his banking account to execute his plans. They got an arrest warrant, went to his house and he was taken into custody. He's charged with making a Terroristic Hoax. At the time of his arrest, he was in possession of a couple of handguns. The Del City Police Department issued an official press release about the incident, read below:
So was this guy actually going to go through with his plan? It's better to be safe than sorry and take threats like this seriously. The Del City Police Department did an incredible job of following through and dealing with the threat. This guy is obviously unstable if he's running around telling people he wants to blow up a building.
Law enforcement of any branch has zero chill when it comes to terroristic threats, and they shouldn't. A great job by DCPD in taking care of this and keeping people safe. You'd be surprised at how many of these threats they have to deal with and how often they go about protecting us, stopping threats and we're none the wiser.
