Walk This Way! Supercut Shows Famous Walking Shots From Movies [VIDEO]

In movies, characters walk with purpose. What that purpose is doesn’t really matter so long as the steps look deliberate and the camera smoothly glides behind. YouTuber editcadet1 assembled a supercut, called ‘Keep on Walking,’ of memorable walking scenes that reveals just how formulaic these shots really are.

The montage is a tribute to the classic “follow shot,” in which characters are filmed from behind as they move. From ‘Raiders of the Lost Ark’ to ‘Reservoir Dogs,’ they’re just about all in there. How many can you recognize?
