July 5, 2012 Last Friday night (06-29-12) Dischordia made the trip from OKC and stopped by the studios, our featured artist of the week on Z94's 'Local Licks @ Six'. Despite being on a tight schedule they still managed to make time to hang out for a quick interview and play a few cuts off their E.P. 'Creator, Destroyer' before taking the stage that night at the Railhead.
May 27, 2012 Yesterday we had Ed Graham of The Darkness stop by and talk with us on 'Radio Row' here at Rocklahoma 2012 They played the Hard Rock stage at 8:05pm Saturday night and rocked the crowd with their over the top stage performance and British inspired classic rock meets glam colliding with modern production.
May 26, 2012 Z94 had the opportunity to sit down with Michael Poulsen of Volbeat for an interview from 'Radio Row' here at Rocklahoma 2012 They're set to play the 'Hard Rock' stage tonight around 9:45pm I'm really looking forward to seeing them, I'm a fan of Volbeat but until now I've never seen them live in concert. You can bet I'll be front row and center for this one!

May 17, 2012 Last Friday (05-11-12) Handguns and Debauchery stopped by the Z94 studios as our featured artist of the week on 'Local Licks At Six'. The band just returned from Nashville where they were recording their new E.P. 'Predator' due to be released sometime soon, maybe as soon as this summer. In the meantime they plan to have a few of the new tracks available as a digital download on their official Facebook page.

There's never a dull moment when Uncle Ted's around and this past Friday night was no exception.
June 9, 2011 WDBJ's Holly Pietrzak joined the oh-so-unfortunate list of anchors who have made Freudian slips on the air this week after she mixed up the word "luck" with, well, a word that rhymes with luck.
The visibly embarrassed Pietrzak quickly corrected herself, but allowed just enough time for the Internet to catch it and turn it into a viral video.
