Arcade Fire’s Win Butler Joins Rolling Stones for ‘The Last Time’ in Montreal
The Rolling Stones invited Arcade Fire's Win Butler to perform with them at the Bell Centre in Montreal last night (June 9). The classic rockers, currently on their 50 & Counting Tour, have been enlisting artists of all genres and generations to join them onstage, and last night found Butler guesting on the classic 'The Last Time.'
Footage of the singer -- rocking a white suit and black shoes -- doing a vocal tango with Mick Jagger on the 1965 track has landed online, and you can check it out above.
This is not the first time the Arcade Fire and Jagger have partnered up for this particular song. The band performed the tune with Mick last May, when he hosted and served as musical guest on 'SNL.' So it was a bit of a reprise, albeit with a different backing band.
