Brazilian metal act Armored Dawn are ready to do battle with their "Viking Soul," and we've got the exclusive premiere of the song's video right here at Loudwire.

The driving rocker features the band performance amidst the mountainous backdrop of Yosemite National Park while a conceptual story featuring a warrior plays out on the battlefield. Swords, hatchets and arrows are drawn, with survival on the line. The clip was directed by Anthony Pietromonaco and produced by Marco De Molina. Watch it all play out in the video above.

Vocalist Eduardo Parras tells us, "Being a native Brazilian, the experience of filming the 'Viking Soul' video in the U.S. was thrilling. We filmed in Yosemite National Park, and it was my first time visiting. The park was totally unique, different than anything I’ve ever seen. We shot the first scene on a mountaintop at sunrise. The fantastic views, the energy, the magic hour of colors, it’s an experience that I will never forget, a great moment in my life!"

He continues, "We were lucky to work with a wonderful and professional team that worked hard and took care of us every step of the way, led by Bob Chiappardi at Concrete. I hope everyone that watches this video can feel the hard work and good energy that was put into it. Special thanks to our American team: You are great. And many thanks to Loudwire for sharing this!"

If you like what you hear, "Viking Soul" is available on the band's Power of Warrior album, which can be purchased via Amazon and iTunes. At present, Armored Dawn are starting to fill in their 2017 tour schedule. There are dates in Europe (with Fates Warning) and Brazil already booked. See their stops here.
