Irish PSA’s Have No Chill – Apparently Banned Before 9pm

If you remember being young and bulletproof, you can probably remember a parent advising you about the dangers of normal life. Things like wearing a seatbelt, not speeding, no texting, etc... But things have gotten so bad in Ireland, they have to go straight to the jugular just to get those points across.

It's pretty graphic and sad... So much that it's rumored they can only be aired after 9pm... but I'd be curious if this campaign of public service announcements are effective?
