Lawton is getting a new Oklahoma-owned restaurant. Zarley's Subz & Ice Cream will open its first location out of the Tulsa area in Lawton at 2323 W Gore Blvd.

Zarley's is an Oklahoma-owned sandwich and ice cream shop. Lawton residents will soon get to enjoy Zarley's fresh, made-to-order sub sandwiches and ice cream treats.

Zarley's currently only has locations in Tulsa and Sapulpa.

The Zarley's location planned for Lawton is the first location out of the Tulsa area. The Zarley's in Sapulpa was the first location, opening in August of last year. The Tulsa location shortly followed, opening in December.

As of Monday, June 8, the Zarley's official website has announced that a Lawton location is coming soon. We have reached out to Zarley's for an official opening date, but had not heard back by time of publishing.

Zarley's in Lawton will be located in the former Chamillion Flavors Shaved Hawaiian Shaved Ice location.

The Zarley's in Lawton will be located at 2323 W Gore Blvd, where Chamillion Flavors Hawaiian Shaved Ice was located. Before they could see the Zarley's "coming soon" sign on the door, Lawton residents first noticed that the giant chameleon was being painted over on the big, neon yellow wall on the west side of the building.

Once open, Zarley's will be the second food location in the shopping center at the corner of W Gore Boulevard and NW Sheridan. Toast & Jam opened in 2024, occupying the former Atlanta Bread location.

For more information about Zarley's, visit the sub shop's official website or follow on Facebook.
