Major League Baseball Plays of the Week

Cleveland Indian thirdbaseman Giovanni Urshela's incredible catch and jump throw to rob New York Yankees Brett Gardner of an extra base hit caught the eye of our voters last week and took home the week 19 Major League Play of the Week. Urshela's catch to keep Gardner from extra bases was amazing on its own, but the jump throw to throw out the speedy Yankee leftfielder was award winning.

Each week, we are going to be giving you the "best of the best" and giving you the opportunity to vote on our "Play of the Week." At the end of the major league season, we will compile our list of winners, and vote on the "Play of the Season."
