North Korean Leader Kim Jong-Un Executes Ex-Girlfriend and 11 Others for Making Porn

If you thought that North Korea might not be as crazy and horrible of a place with Kim Jong-Un as the Supreme Leader instead of his dad, Kim Jong-Il, you're wrong.

According to a report by a South Korean newspaper called "Chosun Ilbo", last week, Kim Jong Un had twelve people executed by firing squad. And get this, one of them was his ex-girlfriend, a musician named Hyon Song Wol.

All 12 of the people killed were professional musicians from two different bands. They were executed without any trial, after they allegedly sold porno tapes of themselves to North Korean and Chinese fans. Family and former band members of the 12 were forced to watch the executions and then sent to prison camps afterward.

But apparently when the government raided their shows, they had Bibles. Bibles and all religion are banned in North Korea, so there's a strong implication that that's why they were really executed, and that the pornography thing is made up.

As for Hyon, she and Kim Jong Un dated several years ago, but Kim Jong-Il made them end the relationship. Last year, Kim Jong Un got married to another member of Hyon's band.

There's speculation on whether he had her killed because his new wife was jealous.  Regardless of the reason, it's clear that North Korea is just as scary and effed up as it was under Kim Jong Il.
