Oklahoma Has 3 Locations for America’s Most Overpriced Grocery Store
Grocery prices have been at the forefront of thoughts in most homes across Oklahoma America for the last few years.
While the cost of some regular grocery staples has stabilized--eggs, bacon, sausage--most things seem to be growing in price with no apparent end in sight.
One piece of knowledge we can all benefit from is... where we won't likely find any good bargains.
Oklahoma is home to three locations of one of America's most overpriced grocery stores according to Delish, and it's probably not the first one that pops into your mind.
If you're a Walmart regular, you might be thinking Homeland, Crest, or CashSaver. If you shop at Target, you might assume Aldi or Trader Joe's.
While those are all valid assumptions regarding inflated pricing, none of them can hold a candle to the grocery retailer that rightfully earned the nickname Whole Paycheck...

Remember when they took so much flack for selling a bottle of water with three stalks of asparagus in it for $6 each? Or the time the CEO blamed America's obesity epidemic on parents "making poor choices" and being "ignorant" for not spending $12 on their organic cantaloupe...
Whole Foods has since changed hands, Amazon owns it now, but it's still business as usual. Undeniably quality foods for three times the regular price.
Naturally, being such a niche supermarket, there aren't a bunch of locations spread across America. You'll only find a handful of stores in each state strategically placed in the most affluent areas of huge metropolitan areas.
You'll find one in Oklahoma City in a convenient location just outside OK's richest neighborhood, and two more in similar locations around Tulsa.
