Puppy Bowl X Will Excite the Animal Lover in Everyone [PHOTOS]

Kickoff meets lickoff in the Puppy Bowl X.

The tenth edition of the fun contest will take place on Animal Planet on Sunday, February 2 – the same day as that other big football game you may have heard about. The pups will battle it out for gridiron glory at 3 p.m. ET.

This year, fans not only get to watch, but they’ll also get to be a part of the festivities by voting for the MVP.

The Puppy Bowl will also rock out with its wild halftime show featuring internet sensation Keyboard Cat doing its take on Bruno Mars' 'Locked Out of Heaven.'

And if you're really into the game, you can play in a Puppy Bowl fantasy league, as well as post photos of yourself and your dog on Instagram, using #puppybowl.

Of course, you'll have to stay tuned until the end of the game, but not only to see if it comes down to a last-minute field goal. There will be updates about what's happened to some of the pooches who competed in previous Puppy Bowls.
