Spirit of Survival – Come Train With Us

Join us in the Comanche County Memorial Hospital Atrium Gardens where Oklahoma City author and National Running Coach Mark Bravo will share his and others’ experiences, lessons, and real-life practices to prepare you to participate in one of the 2011 Spirit of Survival races on October 16, 2011. Half-Marathon, Half-Marathon Relay, and 5K training plans will be available.
