Tonight's 12-12-12 Concert for Sandy Relief at New York City's Madison Square Garden features a ridiculously stacked lineup of musical superstars, among them Eddie Vedder, the Rolling Stones, Bruce Springsteen, the Who and Paul McCartney -- who just might lead Dave Grohl and Krist Novaselic in what's being billed as a Nirvana reunion. Whether that transpires, this promises to be a memorable evening, and starting at 7:30PM EST, you can stream the whole show above.

The star-studded event -- which also features Kanye West, Eric Clapton, Bon Jovi and a host of other A-list artists from various genres -- benefits the Robin Hood Foundation, which "provides money, material and know-how to local organizations that are serving families and individuals in the regions hardest hit by the storm," according to a press release.

Thanks to TV, radio and the Internet, 12-12-12: The Concert for Sandy Relief promises to reach some 2 billion people around the globe, and every penny benefits those in need. In addition to the rockers onstage, a host of celebs will man the phones -- 1-855-465-4357 -- to take donations. You can also pledge money online, via the button below.
