The Ride for Change is returning to Lawton, Fort Sill this upcoming Thursday, May 5th (05-05-22) at Diamondback Harley Davidson. This year's Ride for Change will be raising awareness and funds to benefit local veteran organizations.

The Lawton Salvation Army kicked off it's annual "Red Kettle Campaign" today (11-17-20) at the west side Country Mart located at 6734 N.W. Cache Road. It's now officially the holiday season! Starting today you'll see and hear volunteers ringing the bell for the Salvation Army's Red Kettle at various stores and locations in Lawton, Fort Sill encouraging donations.
With the holiday season upon us, we know that it is always better to give than to receive. But there are some of those among us who will use people's charitable spirit and turn it against them, while others who intend good, will not always have the best ideas in mind for your contributions.
