Halloween Happenings

Get ready for a frighteningly good time with the entire family this fall at the Oklahoma City Zoo. Returning in 2022 to the OKC Zoo it's the 39th annual 'Haunt the Zoo.' Make plans now to be a part of the fun! There are all kinds of great activities planned from hay rides to trick or treating, and more!

So have you had your fill of horror movies and haunted attractions? If not and you're still looking to get scared you could always take a horrifying hike on this Oklahoma trail, if you're brave enough.

The Lawton, Fort Sill Convention & Visitors Bureau has put together a handy calendar of events so you can start planning ahead. A lot of our favorite Lawton Halloween events are returning for 2021 and a ton of new ones too!

I'm glad they decided to update the hours and give the kids some more time. So get your costumes and bags ready! Plus, who wants to be out trick or treating when it's not even dark out yet?

This past Friday night I finally got to see Evil Dead the Musical! I've always wanted to go but never had the chance. Luckily for me and everyone else, it's showing in Lawton, Fort Sill on select dates/times throughout the month of October at the Trail of Fear. If you're a fan of the Evil Dead franchise you have to go!

Get ready to get your car clean as you scream! All American Super Car Wash is doing a "Haunted Car Wash" starting this Friday, October 15th (10-15-21). It's guaranteed to be a soapy and scary good time for those brave enough to enter.

If you haven't heard the news yet Evil Dead the Musical is coming to Lawton, Fort Sill to the Trail of Fear on select dates through the month of October. Being a HUGE FAN of Bruce Cambell and the Evil Dead franchise I've always wanted to see it and now I'll finally get my chance.
