On Wednesday, the highest criminal court in Texas threw out a state law banning "improper photography" in public, because they believe it violates "free-speech rights." This means everyone has the right to take pictures of you and your children without an consent.

A daycare owner in Willow Park, Texas is accused of using duct tape to restrain children during their naps. A former staff member of the daycare took photos of the children who were taped down, which brought the situation to light.

This year's Sasquatch! Music Festival kicked off with a bang! Well ... Last night Poison played the main stage 8:40pm at "Rocklahoma" 2011 playing all your favorites from "Every Rose Has It's Thorns" to "Talk Dirty To Me" they put on a hell of a show and to this day remain one of the greatest party bands of all time.
