Earlier this year, Texas power trio To Whom It May released their debut album, The Great Filter. Their sound is not concretely metal, nor concretely hard rock, straddling the two sides of heavy music's fence with grace. Now, they're on the road, ready to bring their sound to the fans of Drowning Pool and 10 Years with a number of support dates.

To Whom It May have a handful of Texas stops opening for Drowning Pool from now (Nov. 29) through Dec. 8. As the year winds down, they'll share the road with 10 Years on a four-date stretch from Dec. 27 through Dec. 30. Check out the full run, which includes a pair of headlining shows, below as well as their lead single, "Calculate."

“The album took around three years from start to finish,” explains vocalist and guitarist Jonathan Jourdan. “It was an experimental process for us, because the project was so new. We wanted to be able to look at the record in 10 years and still be content with the outcome. My favorite track on the album changes every day, but ‘Calculate’ is a favorite at the moment. It’s our current single, and hearing an audience sing along during the show is a moving event.”

Commenting on their live presence, the frontman adds, “When we perform, we try to go back into the headspace we were in when we wrote the music. We want to bring the audience into our world during a show. It’s not about party anthems or extreme aggression, but rather the ebb and flow of all emotions we can channel through music.”
