Triumph Takes On Times Square Mascots! [VIDEO]

He's back! Triumph the insult comic dog hits the streets of New York City to poke fun at, insult and generally harass the hell out of all the mascots roaming Time Square. I've never been to New York but I've heard all about these mascots that run around asking for money especially if you ask to take a picture with them.

Awhile back several were arrested for disturbing the peace, they were getting a little out of hand and were being aggressive towards tourists. If anyone can help straighten them out it's Triumph!
