In the world of sports, athletes who can play the game well, seemingly easy and with little or no training are called "naturals". In the world of animal therapy, Nala the poodle from St. Paul, Minnesota is a "natural".

Every day, Doug Dawson heads to his job at the Lyngblomsten nursing home, leaving his teacup poodle, Nala, at home by herself. Then one day, he decided to bring his teacup poodle, Nala, to work with him. When he did, Dawson discovered something special about his tiny companion.

Shortly after arriving at the nursing home, Nala, who has no training as a therapy dog, started to work miracles for its residents. She began visiting patients, bringing smiles to every one she met. She even learned to ride the elevator by herself!

Nala's story is a true inspiration to all, she really is an angel. Hopefully you will love Nala's tale as much as the residents of the Lyngblomsten nursing home love her.
