For whatever reason I think most of us have always thought driving barefoot was illegal and that you could get a ticket for doing so. Well, it may surprise you but driving barefoot is legal in Oklahoma and all 50 states.

That's right it's 100% legal and you can't be given a citation for driving barefoot. Despite what you've heard or been told over the years, it's not illegal. Somehow this misleading myth, or mistruth continues to be spread.

Even this is hotly debated. Some say it's dangerous and others say it's completely safe. which is it? That's a question not easily answered. I think I've only driven barefoot once maybe twice in my lifetime. I'm not a fan.
