Easter is coming up soon on Sunday, April 5, which means it's almost time for the Holy City Of The Wichitas annual Prince of Peace Easter Pageant. This year will mark the 101st pageant!

This year's Prince of Peace Easter Pageant will take place at 8:30 p.m. Saturday, March 28 and Saturday, April 4 at the Holy City Of The Wichitas in the Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge.

This year will be the 101st annual presentation of the Prince of Peace Easter Pageant at the Holy City Of The Wichitas.

Several generations of southwest Oklahoma residents have either made it a family tradition of seeing the Prince of Peace Easter Pageant or have been a part of the pageant either by acting or volunteering.

It's such a beautiful pageant to watch and/or be a part of. The pageant always takes place just before sunset, and the view of the sun setting behind the Holy City and the Wichita Mountains is absolutely breathtaking.

Admission to the Prince Of Peace Pageant is free but donations for the Holy City Of The Wichitas are accepted.

The Prince Of Peace Pageant is always free to attend, but donations to the Holy City of the Wichitas are appreciate. Thousands of people visit the Holy City each year, and donations help maintain the Holy City and make the annual pageant possible!

Pageant attendees encouraged to bring blankets and chairs.

The annual Prince Of Peace Pageant is an outdoor production, and people watch the pageant from a hillside. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own seating and items for comfort, like lawn chairs and blankets. Attendees should also consider bringing flashlights, umbrellas, snacks and beverages.
