A lot of people ask "Critter how did you become the chiseled specimen of manhood you are today." Okay so no one ever asks that, but I can say if you eat right, workout and exercise regularly you will get results. Of course I do none of these things which would explain why I don't get any results. But if I were to start working out with weights I'd definitely use the MAXX BENCH. It's the safest bench around, no more worrying about being crushed by weights or having to use a spotter.
