In 2018 I've decided to explore veganism. Fifteen days into this journey, the one thing I'll say is that it is extremely complicated trying to figure out what to eat. What's acceptable? What's not acceptable? What does PETA approve of? The questions are endless. It's really a matter of picking and choosing my food battle of the day.

One of the things that inspired me on this journey was when a friend suggested I watch a Netflix film called What The Health. It. Was. Life Changing. It made me decide that although my choices are few and far between where I live, how ever far I need to trek to find and explore more options is definitely worth the gas money.
