Never ‘Prank’ a Police Officer with a Plastic Gun

I'm not quite sure why we have to go over this obvious statement, but here it is again... Don't point fake guns at cops. You'll end up shot.

Maybe it's not general knowledge, but I can remember police officers and teachers talking about this in first grade. Coming back to remind us year after year when the local PD would tour the schools.

Of course, back in the 80's, it was a bigger deal I suppose. I'm far too lazy to source specific incidents, but I remember tales of kids getting shot because of this very prank. And much like the stop, drop, and roll training everyone got as a kid... I thought toy guns were going to be a bigger issue in adult life too.

Going forward, remember, don't point guns, real or fake, at anything you wouldn't shoot.
