Here’s a good way to kick-start a conversation with your kid about watching porn online.

It’s not often that a Public Service Announcement has a humorous edge. Then again, I don’t recall ever hearing or seeing a PSA that covered talking to your kids about porn.

New Zealand decided to go with humor in a new ad encouraging parents to have a conversation with their children about online porn and how it can send the wrong message about how relationships really work.

The ad starts out with a couple of naked porn stars ringing a family’s doorbell.

When Mom answers the door, the pair explain to her that her son has been watching them online on several different devices such as his laptop, iPad, Playstation, his phone, her phone, smart TV and projector (talk about the ultimate consumer).

Anyway, they go through a spiel about how they just get right down to business and don’t even bother with consent, even though they would never act like that in a real life.

The boy eventually shows up (with laptop in hand, nonetheless) and immediately gets the “deer in the headlights” look before dropping his bowl of cereal on the floor. Mom then lets him know that it’s time they had a talk about the difference in real relationships and the gratuitous bonking he’s been watching online.

So there ya go kids. All that online research you’ve been doing doesn’t apply to the real world. Unless, of course, you pay for it. In that case, all bets are off.
