Lawton Municipal Court will resume in-person dockets on Tuesday, January 19, 2021.
If you are sick (fever, cough, sneezing, etc.), have had potential exposure to the COVID-19 virus or are considered by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to be at a higher risk from the virus, DO NOT attend court. Contact us by phone at (580) 581-3265.

The dockets will be set by appointment only, with a limit of 14 per court session. If you are not scheduled to appear before the Judge, you will need to contact the Municipal Court Clerk’s office at (580) 581-3265 to schedule an appointment. If you are not sure whether or not you need to appear before the Judge,please contact the office by phone first.
The scheduled appointment will be solely for the individual in which the charges have been filed against. Additional individuals will not be allowed in the courtroom.

We will continue to accept online payments at municipalonlinepayments.com/lawtonok, payments by phone at (580) 581-3265 or payments by mail in the form of a cashier’s check or money order. However, if you need to make a payment in-person, please have all information ready in order to expedite the process.

Receipts or photographs, car registrations and insurance verification for the time and date of the offense should be emailed to exhibits@lawtonok.gov one business day prior to any scheduled court appearance.
