Boycotts

Week one for the NFL is in the books and for some it was an un-welcomed return. There has been a lot of controversy surrounding the NFL with the National Anthem protests and other social justice demonstrations that are taking place within the league. Some are boycotting the NFL and refuse to tune in. Others are accepting of what's happening and still others are watching but disagree with the all protests, or at least the venue.

I'm sure by now the news of Netflix and the movie "Cuties" has reached your news feed. The controversy centers around a foreign film that Netflix licensed to be on it's streaming service. The movie tells the story of an 11 year old girl who struggles with her family's strict upbringing and her rebellion by joining a twerking teen dance crew.
