A mall in Russia has a very unique way of protecting disabled parking spaces. A nonprofit organization called Dislife is using hologram images of disabled people to keep the non-disabled from taking the spaces. The holograms only appear it the person attempting to park doesn't have a handicapped sticker or badge on their vehicle. It's a great use of technology and very effective. The campaign has
