United Way Announces Extension for Car Giveaway Raffle!

Due to popular demand, the United Way of Southwest Oklahoma (UWSWOK) in conjunction with Classic Lawton Chevrolet, is extending the deadline to purchase raffle tickets through November 28, 2021.

Tickets will be available for purchase at the following locations and dates:

•In person: UWSWOK Office, 1116 SW A. Ave. until 5:00 pm November 24, 2021.Classic Lawton Chevrolet, 8308 NW Cache Rd. until 6:00 pm November 27, 2021

•Online: At www.uwswok.org/driveunited until 11:59 pm, November 28, 2021. The car raffle for the Chevy Trax began in April 2021.

The winner will be drawn and notified on November 29th and announced on November 30th. The car will be presented to the winner on Giving Tuesday. Raffle tickets are $35/ticket or 3 for $100. All proceeds from raffle ticket sales will go toward the 2021 United Way fundraising campaign. The money raised will go to 19 local nonprofit organizations serving Southwest Oklahoma, funding them for the next year. For more information contact United Way at 580-355-0218.

As the United Way of Southwest Oklahoma heads toward the end of their 2021 fundraising campaign, every dollar is important for the work that they and their partner agencies complete in Southwest Oklahoma.  You will remember the highlighted agencies that were spotlighted on the Morning Crew with Jeri and Critter just a month ago.  These agencies depend on your donations to fund their programs each year.  The car raffle supported by Classic Lawton Chevrolet is a great way to buy a chance to win a new car and support the United Way.
