It's hard to believe, but Labor Day weekend is almost here! For the fair weather griller this will be the last big cook out of the season. For the rest of us it's just another great weekend that we'll be grilling out and a three day weekend at that. Personally I don't care what Mother Nature's up to. I'll light the grill in the rain, snow, day, night, good or bad weather. Kelso and I have made a habit of the two foot of snow on the ground and it's twenty  degrees outside cook out. Needless to say we're both pretty stoked for this weekend.

We've been meticulously planning for the past several weeks exactly what we'll be doing, grilling and watching this Labor Day weekend. It will start with lunch and this year's menu includes: hamburgers, hotdogs, brats and all kind of fried potatoes. We'll have everything from steaks fries, crinkle cut, seasoned Arby's style curly fries to tatter tots. To go with this we'll have some of Kelso's legendary homemade chili to top off the burgers, hotdogs, fries and really anything and everything else we can think of to put it on.

We'll enjoy our lunch and watch the new season of The Boys on Prime. Once it gets close to dinner time we'll hit the grill again for some steaks and chicken. Luckily the entire family are HUGE FANS of the ribeye and chuckeye. We'll do those up with some chicken legs and breast, maybe even some Cajun shrimp on the grill to top it all off. If we haven't binged the entire second season of The Boys by then we'll continue with that. If we have it'll be time to start watching Mystery Science Theater 3000. Now that's a great weekend!
