With a forecast for a strong weather system that is supposed to move through southwest Oklahoma Friday night, the originally scheduled contest between the Midwest City Bombers and the Lawton Wolverines has been moved up from Friday night to Thursday.

The Wolverines have had bad luck with weather so far this season, with an earlier game with Sapulpa having been cancelled due to weather, and last Friday nights contest in Arlington, TX against the AAA Academy Stallions delayed twice, including a second quarter delay of over an hour, due to lightening strikes. In order to get a foot up on a forecasted storm, with a predicted 3-4 inches of rain accompanied by thunderstorms, the two teams decided to move the game to Thursday night at Cameron Stadium.

Kick off is slated for 7pm and you can catch all the action as Glenn Brennan, Seth Coburn and Mike Newell call the play-by-play, starting with the Wolverine pre-game show at 6:45 on Lawton/Ft. Sill's Rock Station Z94 and z94.com.
