Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 ‘Mob of the Dead’ Trailer [VIDEO]

The new Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 D.L.C (downloadable content) / map pack called 'Uprising' will be released tomorrow (04-16-13) for Xbox 360 with Ps3, Wii, P.C and other formats to follow.

'Uprising' includes four all new multi-player maps: Magma, Encore, Vertigo and Studio. PLUS an all new zombie mode called ‘Mob of the Dead’. If you haven't seen the official trailer and preview for the new D.L.C you can watch it here.

Whenever a new Call of Duty map pack is released most of the attention and focus is on the multi-player maps and any other micro-items included, but don't forget about zombie mode! Treyarch, the game developers behind Black Ops, have given players and fans their monies worth throughout the years with their incredible zombie modes.

While I spend most of my time in multi-player, it's good to take a break from the monotonous grind of standard C.O.D game play and spend some quality time dispatching the undead in all types of lethal and gory ways!

The new zombie mode 'Mob of the Dead' takes place back in the 1950's at the infamous Alcatraz prison. Our heroes, if that's what you want to call them, are all prohibition era mobsters and convicted felons serving out their time. As if prison wasn't bad enough, a full blown zombie out break takes place on the island and it's every man for himself!

It's almost another story mode or campaign from what I've seen so far. The coolest part is the characters you get to play including: Chazz Palminteri, Joe Pantoliano, Michael Madsen and the one and only Ray Liotta! Gangsters and gore, what's not to like? Check out the official trailer below:
