Within the next year, Oklahoma's abortion laws could be radically changed to the point that they will be outlawed by the end of 2022. Texas has already passed some of the most restrictive abortion laws in the Nation. It's basically outlawed and Oklahoma is working towards the same thing.

Several illegal medical marijuana farms were raided today by various Oklahoma law enforcement agencies. Were any of them connected to the Chinese or other countries? That's been the rumor for years that immigrants and criminal organizations were using the state's medical marijuana laws to buy up land, set up farms and sell their harvest on the black market illegally. I guess we'll find out soon enough, this bust was just the beginning!

More firearm legislation is headed to the Oklahoma House for a vote. House Bill (HB-3069) would grant municipalities the authority to allow city employees to carry concealed firearms while at work or on duty. The bill would amend various prohibited locations and properties that are currently restricted such as properties, buildings, structures, and office space that is owned by the city which does business with the public.

There's a new Senate bill (SB-1366) that would change and/or amend Oklahoma's firearm laws as it relates to the state's self-defense act and open carry. The new bill was written and introduced by Senator Lonnie Paxton (R-Tuttle, OK.) and seeks to make changes to the language of the self-defense act and the practice of concealed or open carry of firearms in the state.
