Jelly Roll Live on the 'Freedom' Stage at ROK22!

The man, the myth, the legend...The one and only Jelly Roll returned to Rocklahoma for another round in 2022. It was great to see him again and as always he put on a hell of a show. The crowd went nuts and it turned into a big Labor Day weekend family reunion and sing-a-long by the time the set was halfway through.

Jelly Roll is out on the road in support of his latest album 'Ballads of the Broken.' It's an amazing album, ask for it by name you won't be disappointed! If you missed him here at ROK22 he'll be out touring with Shinedown for the remainder of the summer into the fall. The next time he'll be in the area will be in late September. He certainly didn't leave much of the stage left here at Rocklahoma when he was finished. Setting the bar even higher for the next band on the 'Freedom" stage. His unusual mix of rock, rap, and country is something to hear, and even better to see him perform it live. He's basically created his own genre, no one sounds like Jelly Roll. He has fans from all over the music spectrum and walks of life. We can all agree, that he and the entire band kick ass! The crazy characters you'll find at Rocklahoma!

Along with all the killer live rock all weekend long, all the incredible vendors and merch, there are also the colorful characters and party people you'll meet here at Rocklahoma that make it the best damn rock festival around, period! You'll find superheroes, horror icons, cartoon characters, and even Santa, Mrs. Claus, and the elves are regulars. A quick walk through the crowd is all it takes. You never know who or what you'll run into!

Bad Wolves took to the 'Freedom' main stage at Rocklahoma 2022 for a blistering set filled with favorites and even a few surprises and new tunes. The band is out on the road in support of their latest album 'Dear Monsters' and their new E.P. 'Sacred Kiss.' If you missed them here at Rocklahoma there aren't really any North American dates, at least for the immediate future. Maybe they'll schedule some more U.S. tour dates, or festival appearances prior to heading overseas to Denmark to share the bill with Volbeat and Skindred.
