Appetizing Study Reveals What NFL Cities Order Food Most on Gameday
Wings, pizza, burgers – the greasier the food, the better when we sit down to watch our favorite football team.
GrubHub/Seamless did a little research to figure out how food orders change in each NFL market when the team from that market is playing on TV. The city that sees a biggest jump in online orders is Seattle, with a 16% increase. That’s followed by New England, Philadelphia, Chicago, Miami and Green Bay, all at 15%.
What foods enjoy a surge in our pallets when game time arrives? Why, wings, of course. Those bite-sized bits of deliciousness experience a 45% spike in orders, easily outdistancing beef and broccoli at 26%.
What -- no crudite?
