The Joker Final Movie Trailer [VIDEO]

While the rest of the world is talking about Spiderman and his possible disappearance from the MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe) I'm just waiting on The Joker! I'm a fan of both DC and Marvel comics so as Sony and Disney continue to fight it out over Spidey I'll be happy that at least the DCEU (DC Extended Universe) will get it's first DC Black movie, The Joker!

The Joker is one of the oldest and most recognizable villains in any comic universe and it's overdue that we finally get a full length movie about the character. There's a lot of lore and backstory with the Joker that will make for a great movie! It'll be interesting to see what story lines they follow and which versions of his past they decide to tell.

I'll also be interested to see how Joaquin Phoenix portrays the villain. I was a little surprised when it was revealed he'd be playing the Joker, but after seeing the trailer it looks like he'll do the part justice. Robert De Niro is also in the new movie, looks like he's playing the part of a late night talk show host, maybe an enemy of The Joker? The Joker will hit the silver screen on Friday, October 4th 2019 (10-04-19). I'm thinking I'll have to see this one in IMAX!
