The annual Rush Springs Watermelon Festival takes place on the second Saturday of August every year. You'll want to make plans to attend this year's festival on Saturday, August 12th, 2023 that's (08-12-23).
If you like or love watermelon you have to make the trip. The festival features a carnival, games, vendors, displays, a seed-spitting contest, and of course all things watermelon. Every kind, type, size, and color.
