However, most say the ghosts aren't scary or threatening according to those who have encountered them. If anything the ghosts are friendly and mischievous but enjoy messing with guests visiting the home.

One ghost in particular called the 'Key Lady' haunts the Tulsa Cave House and loves taking people's keys. She then hides them or places them near a hill on the property. You'll see hundreds, thousands of keys inside and out of the Cave House. Throughout the years visitors and guests have donated countless keys to the Key Lady ghost knowing that for whatever reason it makes her happy. Plus by giving her keys she might not take the ones you actually need and use. The Key Lady is just one of the many ghosts at Tulsa's Cave House.

If you're interested in taking a guided tour you can visit the official Tulsa Cave House website or check out the Facebook page for details. The best time to go is sometime in October because the house and property are all decorated for Halloween. I'm looking forward to making a visit and then hitting some of the haunted attractions and scream parks in Tulsa and the surrounding area. It would make for a great weekend getaway!
