A Fort Worth teen is currently in "good condition" at JPS Hospital's intensive care, after being struck by a car. Ashlee Aguilera , 15, was struck by a car, Friday evening, as she played a new take on cops and robbers, "The Fugitive Game."

Teens have created this fugitive game in which, "one team runs through the streets to escape another team driving cars to catch them."

The 26-year-old driver who struck the teen, was not involved with the game, did stop to help. The driver will not be facing any charges.

School Counselors at Boswell High School met with kids who where involved with the game, and urged the students to share the dangers of the game in social media.
