The world's largest Christmas tree has been lit for the 2021 holiday season! Over the Thanksgiving weekend on "Black Friday" (11-26-21) the tree made its official debut as thousands of spectators attended "Enid Lights Up the Plains" in downtown Enid, OK. The event included live music, a parade, ice skating, food trucks, a holiday market and they lit "The One" Christmas tree and there were even fireworks!

So just how big is the tree? It's a whopping 140 feet tall and has 20,000 lights on it. This makes it the world's largest fresh-cut Christmas tree and it's right here in Oklahoma. It's a part of "The One," a special holiday happening that features concerts, arts and crafts, bands, plays, church services, show choirs, live performances of all kinds, and you can see the largest Christmas tree in the world. It's just a short drive away. Enid, OK. is only a 2 and 1/2 hour drive from Lawton, Fort Sill.

"The One" holiday event in Enid will be open until after New Year's ending on Thursday, January 6th (01-06-22). Here's the best part, it's FREE TO ATTEND. That's right it's totally free!
