Over the past couple of months, we've been hearing about out-of-state corporations and other groups buying up houses across the Sooner State. Not just a few either, we're talking about a significant number of properties being purchased all over Oklahoma.

It's been a long 2 plus years since the Long John Silver's on N.W. Cache Road in Lawton, OK. was shut down. We've all wondered when and if it would be reopened. Well, it's looking like it could be sometime soon.

The all-new Warm Springs Casino is now officially open! They held the grand opening ceremonies earlier this morning (06-15-22). The new casino is located just outside of Apache, OK. on the corner of Highway 62 and OK-9 at the Apache Wye'.

If you haven't already heard the news yet the Lawton City Council voted to increase your utility bill by 15% yesterday (06-14-22) afternoon. Here we are once again paying more and getting less, a lot less.

Recently Walmart started issuing citations and involving authorities when customers make mistakes or attempt to shoplift items while using their self-checkout lines. The crackdown is due to all the unpaid merchandise that is leaving the store by customers using self-checkout and not paying for their purchase.

Get ready, the one and only Chef Gordon Ramsay is coming to OKC! That's right, the star of Hell's Kitchen, MasterChef, and Kitchen Nightmares is planning on opening a new restaurant at Chisholm Creek, Oklahoma City's premier entertainment district.

Earlier this week organizers of (SQ-820) began collecting all the required signatures on a petition that would place the state question of legalizing recreational marijuana for adults in the Sooner State on the ballot this November.
