We're starting to finally see more and more of Lawton's Halloween happenings return for 2021. After all the cancellations last year due to the COVID-19 pandemic we're making up for lost time and most, if not all of our favorite annual events are coming back. With Halloween being on a Sunday this year all the holiday events are being scheduled for Friday and Saturday which gives us 3 whole days to celebrate All Hallow's Eve.

Another great local Halloween happening is the Ellipsis "Park-O-Treat." It's back this year and will be held at Elmer Thomas Park on Saturday, October 30th (10-30-21) from 3:00pm until 5:00pm. It's FREE and open to the public. Bring out the entire family for some trick or treating and celebrate Halloween at Elmer Thomas Park. There will be people set up along the paths and walkways throughout the park handing out candy to the kids, and adults who are young at heart. It's a really cool event that the entire family can enjoy.

If you're interested in volunteering at Park-O-Treat or would like to hand out candy see the poster below with all the contact information. They're also needing local and area businesses to help out by sponsoring decorations and even candy if possible. If you're interested see all the details are below:

So we have Park-O-Treat and it was just announced that the Lawton Spooktacular will also be happening this year. The best part, there on different days and times so you can take the family to both. Then hit the streets for trick or treating. The candy haul this year is going to be HUGE!

The City of Lawton just announced the "Trick or Treating" hours for 2021. Halloween falls on a Sunday this year so the City of Lawton will be observing "All Hallow's Eve" the day before on Saturday, October 30th (10-30-21) from 6:00pm until 8:00pm. Hope you have a happy and safe Halloween!
