It's well known for its incredible antiques as well as new merchandise. The Copper Penny also has a restaurant inside called the Backroom Cafe that serves up tasty eats and drinks.
While most come for the shopping, others come for the haunting. The Copper Penny is rumored to have several ghosts that have been seen by guests, workers, and even paranormal investigators throughout the years. It's a fairly active haunt that has captured the interest and imagination of Oklahomans and tourists.

This three-story boutique and antique shop still has the elevators that were once used to transport bodies and in the basement, you'll find the vaults where bodies were stored. Pretty creepy right? So are the spirits of the departed still wandering the property? Some people say yes and that they've actually seen the ghosts!
The owners of the Copper Penny Trading Company have reported seeing the ghost of a man walking, more like floating about. When paranormal investigators and ghost hunters conducted an investigation they also saw a spirit, but of a little girl. They also experienced all kinds of strange and unusual phenomena from unexplained noises, hearing voices, and seeing an apparition appear and move throughout the store.
